Born into a family of musicians, she was surrounded by art from an early age. Music became her natural environment, and the stage — her home. She graduated with honors from a music college, receiving a solid academic foundation that, combined with vibrant artistry and sincere emotionality, shaped her distinctive style.
JUSSENDO possesses a deeply emotional, powerful, and instantly recognizable voice. Her performance is always the living breath of music — full of honesty, subtlety, and inner strength.
Her artistry has been recognized at the highest level: she was awarded the President of Latvia’s Prize by Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga for her contribution to music, and under the patronage of Raimonds Pauls, she represented Latvia at the international New Wave competition.
In 2024, her sold-out solo concert and debut English-language album “Favourite of Mine” premiered at the Splendid Palace concert hall.
